Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, state informational system. Provides access for individuals and legal entities to information about state and municipal institutions and organizations, as well as services they provide digitally. The portal serves as the main informational system for databases of dozens ministries and departments. An applicant can receive any document in a matter of hours, or even minutes, instead of weeks as it used to be. 

   A comprehensive system for automating the work of a certain Pension Fund. Personal accounts were installed for 500+ users of the Executive Office of the Pension Fund, status-role model for setting up personnel business-processes and means of work with digital signatures were built in. 30+ HR business processes were set up, moved and put into operation, including the most in-demand: vacation schedules, leaves of different types, business trips, changes in working conditions, transfers, certifications, termination of employment relations, etc.

   A 3d-model of the institute’s complex of buildings and territory, technological equipment and main engineering communications was created. The functionality of the system for 60 users allows them to receive visually unambiguous information on operation of various assemblies and units gathered from various monitoring software, and perform the required actions. A unique interface on the Unity platform has been developed.

The “Maintenance and repairs” mobile app is used daily by 2000 employees, making over 40,000 repair requests per month. 25% of time was saved for engineers and heads of repair areas. Previously, it took 2 hours to transfer a request from the customer to the contractor, now it takes about 5 minutes.

  The network serves millions of customers. To improve the level of service and consolidation of data for management decisions, a unified accounting system capable of automating all main business processes was required. The centralized solution was implemented in a unified information database with an option to expand up to 13,000 simultaneously working places. Mutual settlements with customers, suppliers, wholesale trade, placing orders with customers and suppliers, calculation of the standard cost of orders, inventory management, pricing, accounting for receipt of goods and materials were automated.

  Creation of an integrated information system for management of the customer’s port and warehouse complex with data visualization in the form of a controlled 3D model of the port and warehouse complex. Data displayed on the model is gathered from third-party integrated systems. Solution for 15 users (company’s top management) enables interactive work with the model by interacting with the system objects – user changes and control actions are properly displayed in the related information systems. A unique interface on the Unity platform has been developed.

  Integrated into the web-customer environment Unity platform made it possible to create a modern interface solution for ERP system users – full interaction with the 3D-model of the combine-harvester, its separate parts and units, making the process of identification and selection of the necessary part much faster and easier even for unprepared managers of dealers and newly created customer representatives.
